​• ISO 9001, a Quality Management System requirement that focuses on meeting customer expectations and delivering customer satisfaction certificated by Lloyds Quality Assurance Company

It is our belief that for any business to develop and grow, it must follow international practices and standardized procedures and continually train and educate its staff.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Keeping in line with our policy to ensure a safe clean environment not only for our employees but also for the communities in which we work, Manaseer Oil & Gas is committed to following international standards relating to the environment and safety. We have therefore received the certifications of:

​• ISO14001, international standards that specify the requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS) to help organizations (a) minimize how their operations negatively affect the environment , (b) comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements, and (c) continually improve in the regards to the environment.

​• OHSAS 18001, the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment standard, which is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems.

We have the highest standard of safety equipment for our underground fuel tanks and fuel dispensers. We have a leak detecting system that will warn us when there is danger. We also have a highly trained staff at all stations that are well versed in the standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding how to work safely with fuel and what to do in emergencies.

However, we realize that safety at any gas station also depends on the behavior of customers. Therefore, we kindly urge our customers to follow the following rules when filling up.

When filling up:

​• Turn off your vehicle engine.

​• Turn off your mobile phone.
